Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner Units or PTAC Units are an essential component to the comfort of patrons occupying your place of business. We offer comprehensive cleaning solutions that minimize over consumption of energy and allows for cleaner air quality within the space the unit is located.
PTAC Units can operate efficiently for many years if regularly maintained and cleaned. Regular maintenance is critical in prolonging the lifespace of the unit. Many air pollutants such as active construction zones, proximity to freeways, and surrounding flowering trees, can impact the operation of a PTAC unit. Location within the building can also impact the amount of soil a PTAC may accumulate. For example, units located on ground levels will experience a higher volume of dust accumulation than upper level units.
We recommend that PTAC Units are serviced once per year. Our cleaning process includes cleaning the PTAC front plate, evaporator coils, vent screens, filters, rear condensers, drip pan, and sleeve drain. We only use chemistry that is safe to use on PTAC Units. We also inspect that the unit is placed within the sleeve at the appropriate angle and inspect for any damages that should be noted to the property owners.
